Holy Island Seafood was opened by Tracy Jones in 2009 with the help of her partner Richard Dyer as a unique concept committed to providing quality premium Welsh seafood with a traceable provenance.

Consumers appreciate the benefits of fresh fish and shellfish as part of a healthy, well balanced diet and also want verification of its origins. Our catch is landed from our own fishing boat – Sea Master, but we also purchase from other commercial fishermen who operate from a local beach just 5 minutes from our door – you cannot offer better authenticity than that!

At our premises the catch is stored either live or in a temperature controlled environment waiting to be processed and sold on direct to the public.

Why we are different? – As custodians of the freshest, finest, sustainably caught Welsh seafood we pride ourselves on our fishing methods, hygiene and price.

As our vessel is a day boat it’s operating is governed by the weather and quotas, so we are unable to offer a constant supply. However, when fishing is achieved the customer can be guaranteed that our catch will be the freshest available.

Our future aims – Since starting Holy Island Seafood we have made great improvements to our storage and processing facilities at Rhoscolyn and plan to update these further as finances allow, enabling us to enhance our range of premium seafood products.
